Garanties VENTERONICS

New equipment sold by Venteronics is covered by a warranty against operational defects resulting from faulty construction or materials, subject to the following conditions: the warranty is valid for one year from the date of delivery.

For our customers in Europe, Venteronics reserves the right to inspect and/or repair the equipment at our designated workshop. The warranty strictly covers either the free supply of replacement parts for components identified as defective, or the repair of the equipment at a Venteronics facility.

Labor costs associated with these repairs are also covered under this warranty. However, the execution of warranty service does not constitute an acknowledgment of any legal liability.

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

• Defects resulting from components supplied by the purchaser or from designs specified by the purchaser.

• Issues arising from unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

• Replacement or repair due to normal wear and tear.

• Damage or failures caused by negligence, lack of maintenance or supervision, incorrect installation, or improper use.
